One of Emma’s children wants to be a Vet. She searched high and low for a book about Vets suitable for children and she found none. As a writer she decided that she would write one. She then got it illustrated and self published. Then came the challenge of selling the book.
Emma wanted a website. Just a simple site to promote the book and also her freelance writing. I started by setting Emma some homework to identify websites that she liked and who the competition was. The brief soon expanded to allow users to order the book and even send it to friends.
The end result is a custom made website promoting the book with ecommerce to allow the user to purchase the book. The site promtes Emma’s Freelance writing with examples of her work too.
Since the site went live Emma has sold loads of books and even written anoth about Construction workers.
There have been several development projects for the website as she develops her affilliations, promotions and her book range.
